& is very keen to buy a club outright

all bought their clubs when they were in financial strife , but that was years ago
these days with the NRLs financial strength & as a result the grant to the 17 clubs at 20 mill per club PA & many clubs financial powerhouses in their own right , I don't think any of the present clubs are for sale or will be anytime soon.
so
I think one of the 3 new clubs ( 1 due in 2027 & 2 in 2031 ) would be Guidos target
the Perth Bears , my hot fave to be team 18 is the club he should buy . Will be a hit from day one.
The 49's would bring a professionalism to Perths NRL club 2nd to none.
