I said it's Rugby Union 7s, which is very similar to Rugby League compared to normal Rugby Union.

But it makes a complete hole in your argument that "Americans have their own game and why would they like other countries sports". Well they have been turning up to Rugby 7s for years in Las Vegas. So yes they do like other sports.

They just would not like AFL. AFL fails massively at any other country it is introduced to.
China & NZ both showed no interest in AFL and America would be the same.

You never mentioned “union” when you posted rugby 7’s and your “ “ of me is not what I actually said…you make things up….
Trying to deflect as usual lol.. The simple fact is Rugby7's is very similar to Rugby League And it has been successful in the U.S..
You said "Americans only like their own sports". So that just proves another one of your fake news theories wrong. :^o

Rugby League has proven time and time again it is a more appealing sport than AFL at an international level. It is not even a competition there. :(/
“It not even a competition there”!!,
Check out how many australian leagues there are in the US. Then check how many rugby league leagues there are (that are actually in operation). And then see how many non college Union leagues there are. For the latter two, it should be easy because there are not that many.
And rugby 7’s does ok on one weekend a year… it is still not rugby league.
You just make things up.
And if you are going to quote me at least quote what I actually say, and where is the deflection?

Keep dreaming bro. AFL is an absolute international joke. China FAIL
NZ FAIL.

Every other country the sport has been introduced, it has flopped with ZERO interest.

10,000 tickets sold to the yanks at $19.00 each thus far.
Allegiant Stadium has a capacity of 65,000. To date, 27,000 tickets have been sold. About half of those have been to Australian fans embarking on the ultimate footy trip. A further 10,000 have been snapped up by Americans (prices start from $US19) and the rest have been taken up by other international travellers. A sellout is unlikely.

This is not the first time rugby league has attempted to gain a foothold in the United States. Promoter Jason Moore pulled off a coup when he successfully staged Major League Baseball matches between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks at the SCG in 2014. Four years later, he did his dough in the ill-fated Denver Test between England and New Zealand. A crowd of 19,320 witnessed the match at Mile High Stadium, half the number required for Moore to finish in the black.

SEN radio quote: "The four clubs heading to Las Vegas are also ramping up their preparations. A number of players with criminal records fronted the US Consulate in Sydney for interviews with the hope of getting their visa applications approved." These nRL players are criminals, lol.

This coming from a guy that follows a sport where a team player was a local cocaine dealer and trying to sell to players.

AFL is not even a real football code anyway.

They're very selective with their outrage these hopeless fumblers. In the last few days we've had one leading fumbler on the verge of being thrown out of the game for repeated domestic violence incidents. And another one is also about to get the boot for trafficking cocaine no less.

It's time for Skip to hop off back to the bush. He's cooked!!!!!

Skip 'ol son you really shouldn't embarrass yaself so badly and so often!!!!!! It must be humiliating pal.

Now for the facts: No player was refused entry to the USA. The vast majority of players that fronted the American embassy have NO criminal record. None had anything near serious criminal records otherwise they would have been refused entry.

The US has the most rigid visa entry requirements in the world. Hundreds of people front the embassy every day in Sydney because of technical difficulties or minor discrepancies with their online applications known as an ETSA. It is not unusual.

How do I know this? I have been to the states 3 times. On each occasion I was refused an ETSA for minor bureaucratic technicalities. I have no criminal record and am of impeccable character and superior intelligence. I had a 5 minute chat with an official and off to LA, Vegas and NY I went!! Simple.

Further facts: The two fumbling criminals this week would most certainly be refused entry. Repeated domestic violence offenders and drug traffickers will not get into the US of A!!!!

Now Skip, read all this slowly and repeatedly. It will take a while to sink in. And when it does please refrain from giving yaself a pantsing in such a public place again. I truly feel embarrassed for ya pal!! Please desist.

Keep morale high pal and have a good day!!!!

If NRL is a success in Las Vegas, how long do you think it will take the AFL to do exactly the same thing?

Just like they did with copying the NRL by playing through COVID lockdowns and moving to QLd.

Also copying the NRL with Magic Round and starting gather round.
