only info I could find for advertising revenue for Metro vs Regional
is below from 2016 Jan-Jun 30th

Metro >> 1,349,037,937
Regional >> 389,502,696

so 960 million more per 6 months

And the article goes on to say that people are finally starting to wake up. And when they do Advertising will become yet another area the AFL are coming 2nd in. :cheers:

It does agree it make a big difference , quiet a bit any rate. I do recall reading how NSW and Queensland regionals make more from advertising than Perth and Adelaide . But as the article goes on to say rural advertising is becoming more acceptable and within a few years there will be little difference between the two .

So if we are getting similar now imagine how much more will be getting in a few years.
