Ratings numbers are getting harder to predict every year. I'm sure the NRL would be very happy with 3.5M. Personally I think they'll get around 3.2M. The key will be the closeness of the game. If it is a thriller 3.5M is a chance.leeroy*NRL* wrote: ↑Mon Jul 08, 2019 2:38 pmSOO GAME 3 is 2 days away..

It was a Golden few years for SOO (with the Blues getting so close to winning > between 2011 and 2014.

Well Wookie
As I've stated for years
The afl crowd on here love to point & laugh at the negative aspects of SOO
The poorer crowds & ratings for the nrl for 6-7 weeks.
Yet you lot get upset when we gloat about the positives .
& yes there's ranting ..plenty of it .

I can almost smell something.
There are lies, damn lies and then there are ratings.
Rugby league, Australias most popular game in some of North Eastern Australia.

I suppose all this intelligent discussion on SOO could make that a possibility.

You plebs realize you're the only one's ranting and raving?
I think it upsets you that the football folk won't buy into your chest beating. Bit of a "if you say it enough it must be true!" mentality. It's quite strange. Any response regarding soo whatsoever is just 'a jealous fumbler ranting'. Nope.
Terence... if nalf is the Village Idiot then I'm concerned for what you are lolololololololol
Nice to see it's a decider tonight, might have a look myself.

Never realised quite how much hate there was for AFL from our Northern friends.

Re: State of Origin - the greatest game of all
Which poses a good question ... could the afl women’s competition have a state of origin ? That would also be a fair comparison rather then comparing a weekly comp to a marquee event.

Re: State of Origin - the greatest game of all
Let 'em go for it Fred. But they will have the same problem as the men. Vic would dominate year on year and kill the competition.
And please don't go on about men's and SOO. You know......goldfish bowl and all that!!!!!
